Ryman Healthcare’s Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cooks Assistant to join our friendly kitchen team and assist our Cook to prepare meals.

We have two positions available, please specify in your application which role you are applying for.

• Wednesday to Sunday 1100 - 1830.
• Monday 0830 - 1330

Key skills required:

• Kitchen experience assisting in food preparation essential
• Ability to step in to Cooks role where required
• Able to work without supervision
• Experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Professional, reliable and flexible
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Empathy with elderly residents and their families
